Upon arrival at the Salmon Bake, you will find Alaskan-caught wild salmon grilling over an open alderwood fire. You will also enjoy Cheechako barbecued chicken, Chilkoot baked beans, barbecued ribs, Tongass wild-rice pilaf, a variety of fresh salads, corn bread and lemonade, coffee or tea.
